Financial Aid
ITOWN Prep has financial aid available in the form of several scholarship opportunities. These scholarships reflect the commitment of ITOWN Church to the vision of ITOWN Prep and demonstrate the passionate generosity of our ITOWN Church community. Each charitable contribution allows ITOWN Prep to provide scholarships as an investment in supporting high-quality hybrid education for our families and students. ITOWN Prep, as a part of ITOWN Ministries Inc., chooses not to access any form of state or federal funding and, therefore, relies upon the selfless generosity of the ITOWN Church community.
Additionally, ITOWN Ministries recognizes the financial constraints that can impact a family and wants to partner with those who may need financial assistance. Therefore, ITOWN Prep has developed a series of scholarships created to offset the cost of high-quality hybrid homeschool education for families currently experiencing financial hardship or demonstrating financial need.
The scholarships available below apply to students enrolling in ITOWN Prep in the Fall of 2024. All ITOWN Prep scholarships are awarded at the beginning of the academic year and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure qualifying criteria continue to be met. A review of scholarship status will be made when extenuating family circumstances arise.
Scholarship Eligibility
To be eligible for scholarship consideration, the applicant must be engaged in the life of ITOWN Church by attending regularly, tithing, serving, and participating in Circles. Additionally, the family must have submitted their completed enrollment application. Please keep in mind that scholarship opportunities are on a first-come, first-served basis and will be available until all scholarship funding has been committed to ITOWN families.
Scholarship Opportunities
Family Leadership and Service Scholarship
ITOWN Prep places a strong value upon impacting the Kingdom of God through leading and serving others. We also realize that some of our younger students' leadership and willingness to serve are a direct reflection of their parents' commitment in these areas. ITOWN Prep families can be eligible for a Family Leadership and Service Scholarship based upon the family's consistency in one or both of these important Christ-like characteristics. Leadership and Service Scholarships are based on the families’ demonstrated commitment to leading and willingness to serve others.
Academic Excellence Scholarship
Academic Excellence Scholarship applicants are eligible to earn awards based on demonstrated exemplary performance within the academic environment. Eligibility for the Academic Excellence Scholarship is based on the student's commitment to academic excellence, self-discipline, and championing a Biblical Worldview.
Blessing Scholarships
The ITOWN Prep Blessing Scholarships are funded by the gifts of individuals, families, groups, and organizations with a deep commitment to the educational values of ITOWN Prep and its focus on academic excellence, character formation, ministry training, and spiritual development. Blessing Scholarships are awarded to students and families that demonstrate unique life circumstances.
Foster Family Scholarships
The Bible challenges us to “look after orphans and widows”(James 1:27), and at ITOWN, we love to serve those in foster care and the families that surround them. The ITOWN Prep Foster Family Scholarship is awarded to those students who are currently in foster care or those who have been adopted out of the foster care system.
